
COVID-19 Policy

At SSS, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers, clients and staff. In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, w e are constantly monitoring its status and follow the related government guidelines to prevent its spread. At present, we have implemented COVID-19 prevention procedures to ensure that we can continue our operations with minimal risk.
In an effort to fight the COVID-19 virus, we are helping to accelerate the distribution of vaccines with our expeditious delivery network.
Please rest assured that we are doing all that we can to keep you safe while ensuring a fast and reliable service.
We have implemented the following procedures to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff:
For our staff:
- Masks are to be worn at all times in the workplace
- Staff are to wash their hands with anti-bacterial soap for 20 seconds.
- Hand sanitiser stations are provided at communal spots
- Staff are to isolate themselves for 7 days if they have any related COVID-19 symptoms.
- Staff ensure that they maintain 2 meters distance when collecting and delivering packages
*SSS provides regular COVID-19 checkups for all employees.
For our customers:
Our SSS courier staff disinfect all outgoing parcels as an extra precaution. This additional step ensures optimal hygiene for staff and receiving customers. However, the following procedures should still be followed:
- Customers should wash their hands before and after handling a package
- Maintain 2 meters distance when collecting a parcel from delivery drivers and dropping off packages
- If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, please do not handle any packages or come in contact with our staff, as stipulated by the government
